Courtesy Career College is licensed by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education pursuant to California Education Code Section 94915. The license means that the institute and its operation comply with the standards established under the law for occupational instruction by private postsecondary educational institutions.

Institutional license to operate must be re-approved regularly and is subject to continuing review. The following programs are approved:

Medical Assistant	28.5 Semester Credit Hours (720 Clock Hours)
Medical Billing	29 Semester Credit Hours (720 Clock Hours)
Pharmacy Technician	29 Semester Credit Hours (720 Clock Hours)
NCLEX-R.N. Exam Preparation and Medical Terminology for Foreign Nurses	31.5 Semester Credit Hours (500 Clock Hours)

Instruction is in residence with facility occupancy level accommodating 150 students at any one time.

Prospective enrollees are encouraged to visit the physical facilities of the school and to discuss personal educational and occupational plans with school personnel prior to enrolling or signing enrollment agreements.

California Statute requires that a student who successfully completes a course of study be awarded an appropriate diploma or certificate verifying the fact.
